These terms apply to the TruTag browser extension and TruTag Pro (together, "TruTag"), provided by Adams App Co ("we", "us"). By installing or using TruTag, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall it.

1. What TruTag does

TruTag reads the fabric and origin details that sellers publish on Amazon product pages, shows them to you, and filters or dims search results based on rules you choose.

2. Accuracy of information

Fabric and origin information comes from Amazon listings written by sellers. It can be missing, wrong, or out of date, and TruTag may occasionally misread it. TruTag is a shopping aid, not a guarantee. Always check the product's listing and label before buying, especially for allergies, sensitivities, or other health reasons. We are not responsible for the accuracy of seller-provided information or for purchases you make.

3. Not affiliated with Amazon

TruTag is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon may change its website at any time, which can temporarily stop some features from working until we update TruTag.

4. Free version and TruTag Pro

TruTag's core features are free. TruTag Pro unlocks additional filters and features, as described in the extension and on our website, for a subscription fee.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• TruTag Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown before you buy.
• Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to their terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the extension's popup (Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then. After that, TruTag returns to the free version.
• If we change the price of TruTag Pro, we'll tell you before the change applies to your next renewal.

6. Refunds

If you're not happy with TruTag Pro, email support@trutag.app within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute TruTag, get around its payment checks, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the websites it runs on.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what TruTag stores and sends. In short: no tracking, no ads, and your data stays in your browser.

9. No warranty

TruTag is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TruTag, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for TruTag in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to TruTag and these terms

We may update TruTag or these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and note it on our website. Continuing to use TruTag after that means you accept the updated terms.
